Q1: What does an EWT membership cost?

The first 2 months of membership are FREE to test the waters with EWT (for first-time members).

 

After your free trial, an EWT membership is just 

$35/mo

during your first year

 

After your first year as a member, the cost of membership drops to just 

$25/mo

thereafter for your loyalty.

 

Oh, and if you're a Venue or Wedding Planner, your membership is always

FREE.

Membership is month-to-month and you may cancel at anytime, no strings attached.



​Q2: What services set Elite Wedding Team apart from other networking groups/organizations?


Joining a networking group/organization is a great way to grow your business. The following combined services, set EWT apart from other networking entities:

  • EWT recruits elite wedding professionals to form your team and EWT only allows one team per city.

  • Inclusion into private networking with your team's online group site. 

  • EWT provides your team with an enhanced profile website and business cards to help increase your team’s business opportunities.​​

  • All members must pass EWT’s application process. This ensures your team consists of professional vendors.

  • EWT provides exclusivity as each member may only represent one wedding specialty per team (e.g., Floral, Catering, Photography, Videography, etc.).

 


Q3: How many teams does EWT allow per city?


EWT only allows one team per city making EWT the most selective networking organization in the entire wedding industry. As a result, our teams are empowered to develop tight-knit networking relationships. The following categories are examples of potential team members:

  • Band

  • Beauty (Hair, Makeup, Etc.)

  • Beverage/Bar Service

  • Catering

  • Ceremony Music

  • Desserts (Cake, Cupcakes, Etc.)

  • DJ

  • Event Rentals

  • Flowers

  • Invitations

  • Officiant

  • Photo Booths

  • Photography

  • Transportation

  • Venue

  • Videography

  • Wedding Attire

Q4: What are Elite Wedding Team’s application requirements?


To join EWT, you must meet all of the following qualifications:

  • All members of EWT must have been in business for at least 2 years.

  • Applicants must have at least five recommended Yelp reviews with a 4 out of 5 star overall rating.

  • Applicants must have at least five reviews on Facebook, Google, Wedding Wire, or The Knot with a 4 out of 5 star overall rating.

    • On average, wedding professionals receive 1 review for every 4 weddings serviced. Our minimum review requirements indicate your business has serviced a minimum of 20 weddings.​

 


Q5: How can an Elite Wedding Team membership benefit my business?

  • Your business will be promoted by the members of your elite wedding team.

  • An increased number of referrals generated by your teammates can help your business increase its revenue.

  • Referrals from your team can help increase your # of bookings.

  • Being a member of EWT increases the credibility of your business as only highly regarded vendors can join.​

  • Deepening connections though private networking with other elite wedding professionals allows for the natural exchange of ideas and information. This transfer of knowledge can be invaluable to the continued growth of your business.

 


Q6: Which wedding professionals would benefit most from joining Elite Wedding Team?


All wedding professionals including caterers, florists, DJs, photographers, officiants, planners/coordinators, bands, videographers, makeup artists, venue managers, photo booth owners, honeymoon/vacation planners, dessert bakeries, event rental companies, etc.

Q8: How do I know if there is an Elite Wedding Team in my city?


New teams are constantly in the works. To quickly view all existing teams, you can browse all teams on our website HERE.

After you apply and your application is approved, your account representative will first look to place you in an existing team based on where you operate your business. If no team exists in your area, an account representative will follow up with you to discuss forming a new team. Please note, your first 6 months of membership are free regardless if you are placed into an existing team or if a new team is formed.
 


Q9: May I cancel my membership at any time?


​YES! Membership is month-to-month, so you may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership is good through the next billing date (there is no 'Proration' for membership fees).
